End User Support Technician

Join our client as an End User Support Technician and ensure their technology is in good hands!Inventory ManagementFollow company procedures and guidelines for inventory management and reporting Secure physical management of company hardware by asset status Maintain real-time tracking for all assets/statuses in company inventory management systems and tools, ensuring the asset chain of custody Provide daily inventory reconciliation of physical asset counts with inventory management tools Ensure retired computers are disposed of according to policies and security guidelines Provide inventory counts/reports as needed Identify shortages and ordering thresholds PC Refresh and Hardware DistributionFulfill all requests for end user hardware peripherals (monitors, keyboards, docks, etc.) Create and manage install/upgrade/refresh tickets in the system Stage, image, and deploy new desktop/laptop machines, and migrate user data Coordinate and communicate with end users for refresh installs, equipment upgrades, and deliveries Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues resulting from hardware upgrades Onboarding/OffboardingProvide hardware kits for new starters, ensuring timely delivery for first-day readiness Recover company assets from terminating resources. Shipping/Receiving/LogisticsSchedule, receive, record, and securely store incoming shipments Schedule, track, and stage outgoing shipments Coordinate shipping to meet customer satisfaction within pre-defined SLAs Utilize FedEx Ship Manager and Freight Carrier Software or similar to process all shipments Perform other duties as assigned Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of computer experience within the area of desktop hardware and Microsoft's operating system (Windows 7, 10) High school diploma is required; BA/BS degree preferred Strong computer skills and expert knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications Strong experience in enterprise tracking and ticketing systems Must be able to carry over 25 pounds Must have a valid driver's license Join our team and help us provide exceptional support and service to our users.
