We're seeking a skilled Level 2 System Administrator to join a growing Managed Services team supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the Atlanta area. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 escalation support for desktops, servers, and network environments across multiple client sites
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, and email connectivity issues (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
Support, maintain, and patch Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016–2022), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Terminal Services
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, including VLANs, switch stacks, access points, and VPN concentrators
Perform administration and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and gateways (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.)
Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery solutions (Symantec, StorageCraft, or equivalent)
Document issues, resolutions, and infrastructure details to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with peers and leadership on root cause analysis and preventative measures
Qualifications 2+ years of experience working for a MSP
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, and networking technologies
Hands-on experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
Solid understanding of IP networking, including addressing, routing, DNS, and DHCP
Experience supporting and configuring security appliances, VPNs, and backup solutions
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
Hybrid WFH (3 days at home, 2 days in office or onsite) full
