This is a highly visible engineering role supporting a heavily Azure-focused environment. This a critical hire with strong impact and long-term growth potential.The ideal candidate will bring deep Azure infrastructure engineering experience along with strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, cloud governance, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments is ideal.This role is ideally onsite 5 days/week in Sandy, UT.What you'll doDesign, deploy, and support secure Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise workloadsImplement and maintain cloud governance standards including RBAC, PIM, landing zones, management groups, and cost controlsBuild and manage Infrastructure as Code environments using Terraform and related automation toolingSupport Kubernetes environments including AKS and containerized workloadsDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and cloud automation processesManage secrets, certificates, identity, and secure access controls across cloud platformsPartner with engineering and product teams to streamline infrastructure delivery and remove operational bottlenecksImprove cloud monitoring, disaster recovery, backup, and compliance processesSupport cloud audits, governance initiatives, and operational controls within a regulated financial environmentTroubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-related issuesWhat gets you the job5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or platform engineeringStrong hands-on Azure engineering experience in enterprise environmentsExperience with RBAC, landing zones, cloud governance, and cost management controlsStrong Infrastructure as Code experience using TerraformExperience supporting Kubernetes environments (AKS preferred)Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation workflowsStrong understanding of Entra ID, identity management, secrets, and certificate managementExperience supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure environmentsAWS exposure is a plus, but the environment is primarily Azure-focusedStrong troubleshooting skills around Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure operationsExperience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly preferredAbility to clearly explain cloud architecture decisions and infrastructure deployment approachesAbout Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC)Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) is a leading provider of technology and staffing solutions, connecting top talent with innovative companies across the country.
