At Kimble we strive for perfection in everything that we do.Minimum Qualifications For a Well PumperMust be physically fit and able to climb and work at heightsAbility to do physical labor for long hours in all types of weatherAbility to work outside in all types of weatherAbility to lift in excess of 75 poundsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass our background check and drug screenMust have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under our company policy, must be 21 years of ageResponsibilities And DutiesMonitor the day-to-day operations of oil and gas wells.Operate timer controller that opens and closes valves manually.Manually operate valves, chokes, regulators, and dump control valve to ensure that materials are being pumped at the correct pressure, density, rate and concentration.Operate engines and pumps in order to shut off wells according to production schedules, and to switch flow of oil into storage tanks.Walk pipelines to line locateChanging gas flow chartsGauging tanksScheduling water and oil pick upAttach pumps and hoses to wellheads.Spraying and weed trimming well sitesPerform routine maintenance and repair on all well equipment:Regular attendance consistent with the Company Attendance Policy.All other duties as assigned by management.MaintenanceSpraying and weed trimming well sites.Perform routine maintenance and repair on all well equipment: Well head, Separator, Tanks, Tank battery equipment, Gas meters, Pump jackRepairsRepair gas and oil meters and gauges Repair pipe sections, pumps replacement and clean filtersBenefits401(k) retirement plan with matchComprehensive medical benefits coverage, dental plans and vision coverage.Employee assistance program (EAP)Health care and dependent care spending accounts (FSA)Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.Paid time offReferral programEmployee Discount Program
