Data Engineer
Overview:
As a Data Engineer, you will shape and strengthen our data warehouse and analytics capabilities. You will build scalable data solutions that power reporting, BI, and operational decision-making across the company. You'll tackle complex integration challenges and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust data architectures. You'll optimize queries and data flows, ensure data quality, and support production data platforms in an agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to impact data-driven decision making and enable cross-functional insight through trusted data assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance scalable data warehouse structures and integration pipelines for analytics and cross-system data flow
- Develop, test, and maintain ETL processes moving data from varied sources into staging, warehouse, and reporting environments
- Collaborate with business teams and technical peers to translate requirements into practical data solutions
- Tune SQL performance, refine indexing, and address issues via execution plan analysis
- Create and support dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Perform data validation, auditing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide production support for data platforms, integrations, and reporting solutions
- Contribute to agile delivery through development, testing, and QA across databases, middleware, and analytics applications
Key requirements:
- Strong technical depth in data engineering and data warehouse design
