Position Overview Team members may begin in a production role and receive comprehensive, hands-on training. Advancement to other positions is possible when availability allows. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining the required quality of the shredded ICW productRemove large pieces of plasticRemove stainless steelRemove any non-conforming materialKeeps picking areas clean and orderlyAssists with cleanup duties at the end of productionSupport continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.Identifies different metals and sorts the various grades according to specifications.Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE.All other duties as assigned. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to work, a strong commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior experience in metals or industrial operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
