Attendance is expected and fully supported.What you'll be doingOwn product development for our Cash and USDC products on the main Coinbase app - improving our existing offerings, and expanding into new onesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and operations to develop and execute against the product roadmapLaunching zero to one new products for Coinbase users across existing and new Cash domainsDefine and analyze metrics to guide product development and ensure we are building a best-in-class user experienceAlign teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision for our entire brokerage platformClearly communicate plans, progress, benefits, and functionality internally to partners and executive leadership, and externally to our customersWhat we look for in you5+ years of product management experience, preferably in regulated brokerage and FinTechDeep expertise in Fintech Banking, DeFi Banking and/or Cash management productsExceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skillsDeep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated leadership and evidence of the ability to guide product strategy and create alignment with senior cross-functional partnersAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to building a robust platform with reliability, scale, and risk mitigation at its coreAbility to bridge complex technical and regulatory requirements with simple, intuitive user-facing productsDemonstrated passion for retail investing, financial markets, and the Coinbase missionNice to havesBridge both fintech and defi expertise to build uniquely compelling crypto-powered cash offerings.Compensation and equal opportunityBase salary range shown.
