Software Developer Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, test, and customize SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions, support system integrations and data migration, implement security controls, and participate in Agile software development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, test, and customize SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors interfaces. Deliver end-to-end solutions, including installation, configuration, application development, and production support. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage data migration, system integration, and reporting projects. Implement security, compliance, and governance controls across SAP environments. Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support materials. Participate in Agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, testing, and knowledge transfer activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of at least five (5) of the following technologies and tools.
