Building Management Systems Engineer (pharma)

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 5 years of engineering & strong HVAC/utilities troubleshooting experience in pharmaceutical or bio-tech manufacturing facility, especially within aseptic processing preferredTechnical/Process/Functional Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Siemens BMS - Insight & Siemens Historian – Info Center. Proficient in MS Office applications & SAP preferredOrganization/Planning: Proven expertise (e.g. project management) in planning/organization & project execution, follow-up & completion preferredCustomer/Results Driven Understands who the customer (internal/external) is, understands the customers’ requirements, prioritizes work & develops processes that support the customers’ needs a plus Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Building Management Systems (BMS) Engineer to supporting a client in the Clayton, NC area. The BMS Engineer will maintain & improve reliability of the BMS system to meet current & projected customer, business & regulatory requirements through the following tasks: people focus, equipment focus & standards gatekeeping. Essential Functions:Develop & execute plans to maintain & improve BMS systemDevelop IA project ideas & prepare PPM submittalsSchedule & execute plans in coordination with operations schedulesSupport IA projects & process improvement plansDevelop & maintain system documents, including specifications & maintenance plansCoach & train Facility Engineers & Facility Maintenance TechniciansEmploy cLEAN® tools within the main areas of problem solving, project & change managementCoach & train users of the BMS
