If you're a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and energized by a fast-paced casino atmosphere, this is your chance to step into a high-impact leadership role.As a Shift Supervisor, you'll guide daily operations, oversee staff performance, uphold regulatory standards, and ensure our guests enjoy a top-tier experience from the moment they arrive.YOUR ROLE ON THE GAMING FLOOR - LEADERSHIP IN ACTIONAs a Shift Supervisor, you will:Team Leadership & Staffing• Lead and supervise employees throughout your shift• Assign tasks, oversee performance, and train new and existing team members• Communicate and document call-ins; secure coverage when needed• Maintain and update schedules to ensure proper staffingOperations & Floor Oversight• Monitor and support casino floor activity to maximize guest satisfaction• Resolve operational issues, staff concerns, and guest complaints• Maintain accurate records and documentation of shift activities• Ensure safe and compliant operations at all timesCash Handling & Compliance• Process and verify cash transactions, vouchers, and manual payouts• Maintain, safeguard, and reconcile cash drawers with precision• Complete reports and reconcile transactions correctly and on time• Follow CNICS, MICS, SICS, Title 31, and anti-money-laundering regulations• Protect company assets and ensure confidentialityMachine & Facility Support• Perform minor machine resets, paper reloads, and small fixes• Track inventory levels; notify management in advance of reorder needs• Assist with light housekeeping and machine-area upkeepGuest Experience• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest• Assist with promotions, vouchers, and rewards redemption• Communicate current promotions clearly and enthusiasticallyAdditional Duties• Collaborate with floor staff, surveillance, and security• Uphold company standards of professionalism, appearance, and attendance• Perform other duties as required to support operationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (REQUIRED)• 2+ years cashiering experience (required)• 1+ year supervisory experience in a related field (required)• High school diploma or GED• Must be 18+ years old• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills• Strong math skills and experience with cash audits/reconciliations• Ability to use POS systems, ten-key machines, and cash-handling equipment• Valid driver's license with clean driving record• Must pass a drug test, background check, and obtain a gaming license• Reliable transportation• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under tight deadlines• Tribal preference appliesYOUR PLAYER REWARDS (FULL-TIME BENEFITS)All Full-Time Employees Receive:Weekly PayTips + Bonus OpportunitiesReferral Bonuses401(k) with up to 7% MatchingPaid Vacation & Holiday PayGuaranteed Time Off: Christmas & ThanksgivingEmployee Assistance ProgramLifeMart Discounts & CouponsTeam Appreciation EventsAdditional Full-Time Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance80% Childcare Cost CoveragePaid Personal TimeREADY TO LEAD A WINNING TEAM?If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves delivering an exceptional guest experience, LakeSide Entertainment wants you on our team.
