Job Title: Front-End Developer - Automation ToolsLocation: Plano, Texas, United StatesDuration:12 MonthsExperience:3-5 YearsDescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front-End Developer - Automation Tools with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Business Support team. This position is ideal for a candidate who support the development and maintenance of browser-based applications by working closely with the lead developer. The role includes providing technical support for automation tools, performing quality assurance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth system performance. The candidate will contribute to building and improving automation solutions for automotive multimedia head units.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering front-end development using modern web technologies, applying Agile practices, troubleshooting issues, and proactively improving tools while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.RequirementsDescription / Essential Functions:Collaborate with the lead developer to write and modify browser-based applicationsProvide technical support to users of automation toolsEnsure quality assurance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the development of automation solutions for automotive multimedia head unitsMinimum qualification:3-5 year's experience in front-end developmentHands-on experience with Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues promptlyProactive approach to improving tools and workspace efficiencyExcellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholdersWeb Technologies: Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JSON, REST, Nodejs and React is required to effectively contribute to our web development projectsRequired Education & Experience:• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent professional work experience(Candidate would disqualify if they do not meet these requirements)Nice to Have:Experience in cloud-based web developmentFamiliarity with automated testing for automotive multimedia systemsTesting Frameworks: Vitest or similarBuild Tools: Turborepo, Redux or similarPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a contract position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Working hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY from 9am - 6pm (Onsite)Specified shifts if needed.This position does not require travel.
