Apply now and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details.\n\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Outpatient experience required, including evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and post-operative patients.Experience providing 60-minute evaluations and 1:1 treatment sessions.Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation, goal writing, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education as assigned.Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.Preferred: Experience in outpatient orthopedic caseloads, familiarity with safe patient handling techniques, and prior travel or per diem experience.\n\nAssignment Details\nFacility Type: Outpatient clinic.Schedule: 5x8 shift pattern.Duration: 13 week assignment.Patient Care Model: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions.Responsibilities include evaluation, plan of care development, documentation, delegation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.\n\nLocation Highlights\n\nNiceville, FL offers coastal and outdoor recreation within short drives.
