A full-time, onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available in Wyoming, DE for the 2026/2027 school year. This role involves supporting students ages 2 to 22 with severe disabilities and autism within a school setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral support to students and school staff Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Collaborate in setting behavior goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as a member of the crisis team Support accurate and consistent data collection related to behavioral interventions QualificationsActive Delaware BCBA licensure/certification is required Experience working as a school-based BCBA, preferably with severe disabilities and autism populations Skilled in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Demonstrated ability to conduct FBAs and create BSPs Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educational teams Position DetailsLocation: Wyoming, Delaware Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday through Friday Onsite presence is requiredremote or hybrid arrangements are not available This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational and behavioral outcomes in a supportive school environment.
