The Site Director will oversee multiple operations on campus, driving manufacturing excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while championing continuous improvement across all facets of production and team development.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing environments, directing capital projects, and executing strategic initiatives within a global matrix organization. Responsibilities include budget oversight, regulatory liaison with U.S. government agencies, and stewardship of public relations and community engagement.
