The Head Housekeeper will oversee and manage the housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and quality standards are met consistently. Responsibilities include supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves coordinating laundry services, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction with room cleanliness and overall hotel presentation. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain cleanliness and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with staff and guests professionally.Proficiency in supervising and training housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards.Experience in managing laundry operations and knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.Previous housekeeping or management experience is highly desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
