Production Supervisor

Our client, a Packaging Solutions Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Dept. supporting production. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, strong communication skills and mentoring abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor (Rotating shift)Location: Hammond, INPay Range: $82-87/k + bonus potentialWhat’s the Job?Production Supervisor provides support for the Production Department. This role directs, develops, and manages Production shift activities, Lean manufacturing teams, and small projectsSupervise hourly Production shift employees and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.Champion and participate in company Safety, GMP, and CI efforts.Direct daily activities of Production included, but not limited to, safety, quality, throughput, and maintenanceSchedule, plan and lead improvement teams, activities, and small projects.
