Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).Responsibilities:Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle timeRoot cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programsTroubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvementOptimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across toolsQualifying new equipment, new raw materials, and new consumable partsMonitoring process and equipment to improve qualityAnalyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiencyWriting operating procedures and specificationsPartnering with manufacturing operations to continuously improve factory performanceMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of study.2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, with preference for Au Plate (ClassOne Electroplating tools) or CMP experience (AMAT Mirra/Mirra Mesa)Able to work on-site in cleanroomPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownershipFlexibility to learn new systems and processesAble to adapt to frequently changing environmentSelf-starter with a strong worth ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operationFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
