Vice President, Transformation

Our client, a private equity-backed software company, is seeking a Vice President of Transformation. This individual will work alongside the CFO to execute the company's growth transformation strategy, with a focus on go-to-market, pricing and packaging, product transformation initiatives and the broader value creation plan. The ideal candidate will bring three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience, complemented by time in an operating role either before or after consulting. Candidates should have meaningful exposure to growth-oriented initiatives and possess a well-rounded toolkit developed through a range of strategic and operational engagements.
