Our mission is to empower clients with innovative tools and personalized approaches to enhance their health journeys.About the RoleAre you an entrepreneurial-minded people and sales leader who is passionate about the science of recovery and longevity? Stackable Wellness is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead our San Diego center. We aren’t just looking for an administrator; we are looking for a Growth Engine.You will often be the face of our brand—equally comfortable presenting partnering options to a Corporate VP of HR as you are recruiting clients on a local pickleball court. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to the "close."Community Outreach: Be our Brand Ambassador. Schedule and execute pop-up events at local businesses, schools, sports teams, and community organizations. Represent our brand at conventions.Marketing Management: Execute and measure automated campaigns via our Marketing Suite and Attentive. Own our META and other social media campaigns and strategies to drive studio visits. Work with our talented staff to drive media creation and brand image.Leadership: Supervise a team of awesome Wellnessticians. Manage scheduling and performance to ensure a premium member experience.Operations: Maintain studio hygiene, inventory, and Mindbody technical accuracy. Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance are done correctly.Flexibility: This role requires a "whatever it takes" attitude. You will work across all shifts (including weekends) and fill any staffing holes to ensure we are always operational. You will also be expected to be at customer events on their schedule.QualificationsExpert Knowledge: Must be able to speak intelligently about the benefits, risks, and contraindications of our modalities (Cryotherapy, Red Light, Sauna, Lymphatic Drainage, etc.). Staying on top of new industry trends and scientific research results is critical.Problem Solving: You will be the go-to for the staff to diagnose equipment issues, help with unique customer requests, help solve software and operating system problems., etc.Mindbody Savvy: Strong proficiency in Mindbody (or other similar POS systems) and able to work with support to resolve issues.Sales & Marketing: Proven track record in high-ticket sales and conversion. Staying on top of community events and local news to identify opportunities for growth.Compensation & Commission StructureBase: $45,000 to $52,000 Salary.Commission: Commission focuses on new member sales, retention targets, KPI attainment, and includes milestone and high-ticket bonuses.
