As a representative of our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience through safe driving, accurate order handling, and professional interactions.Mid-Shift and Weekend Availability RequiredWhat You'll Do:Safely deliver products to customers and store locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Provide outstanding customer service, addressing questions and assisting with unloading as needed.Communicate delivery status and estimated arrival times with customers.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe operations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.Assist with loading and securing merchandise to prevent damage.Support in-store operations by stocking merchandise and assisting customers when not making deliveries.Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for CDL drivers).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Prior delivery experience preferred.Strong knowledge of local areas and navigation skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Reliable, punctual, and skilled in time management.Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.CDL license required for commercial vehicle operation.Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request).Benefits 401(k) with Match Program - Available Day 1PTO that increases with seniority!Wellness Program - Earn $300 annuallyTeam Member Assistance Program and FundDiscounted Pet Health InsuranceTuition Reimbursement ProgramTraining and Growth OpportunitiesTeam Member Discounts at all locationsCompany Discount Program for Tickets, Electronics, Vacations, and more!Pay ranging from $14.00 to 17.00 per hourThe Aubuchon Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
