Who we’re looking for
Client’s Final Assembly Production Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer-Assembly Equipment.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support in development and implementation of new model preparation at NAMC (North America Manufacturing Centers) sites.
Reporting to the Assembly Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Production Engineering Assembly department's objective to support Assembly Process and Equipment Development for new model launch, refurbishment, and Kaizen.
Requirements:
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Tech, or equivalent experience in an Assembly Engineering position (yes/no- 4 years)
Experience in Production Engineering or Manufacturing Preparation (min 2 years-text above 4 years or more 1asset)
Experience with Equipment Sourcing and Installation (min 2 years-text above 4 years or more 1asset)
Experience with 3D modelling and prototype part printing (min 1 year – text above 4 years or more 1asset)
Ability to work up to 20% overtime when required
Ability to travel up to 20% to all NAMs as well as Japan only as required.

Completion of TBP through panel (yes/no)

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
