Job description St. Barnabas is hiring for a Lead Server at our Retirement Village location! Job Qualifications Prior experience as a server. Prior management experience preferred. Great knowledge when it comes to points of service and hospitality. Job Responsibilities Multi-task and be able to cover all position in the Front of House (FOH) Be able to assist the food and beverage team Responsible for training junior food and beverage food service members to maintain high level of hospitality for our residents Assist in staff scheduling Master the POS system, being able to run end of day reports and close out the Jonas system for the day Be sure the server prep and back work is completed to standard consistently Be a leader and help develop future team members Earn money and receive health insurance, while working a flexible schedule.
