Immigration Case manager

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA – BCD District)Employment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal counsel to corporate and individual clients on a wide range of business immigration matters, including EB-1A, NIW, PERM, EB-5, and O-1 cases.Independently manage the entire case lifecycle, from initial case evaluation and strategy development through final approval.Draft, review, and finalize all immigration case documentation, including petitions, legal briefs, supporting evidence, and RFE responses, with comprehensive and persuasive legal arguments.Prepare and file appeals and motions, supported by thorough legal research and well-developed advocacy strategies.Stay current on immigration law developments, policy changes, and regulatory updates; advise clients on legal impacts and strategic adjustments in a timely manner.Collaborate closely with the immigration team to maintain high-quality standards, improve internal workflows, and deliver exceptional client service.RequirementsJ.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school.Active bar admission in any U.S. state.2–3 years of business immigration law experience, with demonstrated experience handling complex immigration matters independently.Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.Strong analytical, legal research, and advocacy skills with exceptional attention to detail.Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent legal writing and verbal communication skills.
