About the RoleWe are seeking an innovative and motivated Food Regulatory Scientist to join our Technical team. This role focuses on dietary supplement and functional food product development- Regulatory focus, supporting projects from concept through commercialization.The Food Regulatory Scientist collaborates closely with Sales, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to provide regulatory expertise to support custom formulations development, and support new product launches for customers.Depending on experience and qualifications, the position may be filled at either Regulatory Scientist I or Regulatory Scientist II level.This is an excellent opportunity for scientists who enjoy combining regulatory science, customer collaboration, and product innovation in a fast-moving nutraceutical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with formulators to build product data packages for raw materials and finished goodsHandle designated product certifications and regulatory auditsMaintain and manage SOP programHandle customer technical support and regulatory questionnairesEvaluate change control requests (cost savings, material shortages, substitutions)Support label review and reformulation of productsUse software (e.g., Genesis) for nutritional/supplement factsAssist in product design, scale-up, and regulatory projects assigned by leadershipRequirementsBS or MS in Food Science or related field (Food/Dietary Supplement regulatory experience preferred)Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksStrong integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Genesis software (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsEffective time management
