Being on time and good attendance are essential for this role.This position requires weekend and holiday work on a rotating schedule with other team members. Hours are 8:30 to 5, 8:30 to 7pm on Saturdays. This position is fully on site, with no remote work. Employees can expect to work 40 hours a week, generally with days off during the week.Daily Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to the boat marina customers and clientsResolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional mannerProcess payments accuratelyAssist customers with product knowledge and recommendationsHandle complaints and provide effective solutionsOpen and close the Dockmaster's officeCommunicate with internal team membersRequired Skills:At least 2 years of experience with customer service in a face to face environmentAbility to learn and adapt to new systems and processesSelf-starter and motivated to be helpful and knowledgeableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMoney and payment handling skillsData entryAbility to work as a member of a teamTimeliness and good work ethic, being on time is essential for this roleNice to Have Skills:Beginner to Intermediate QuickBooks experienceCustomer Support and Payment Processing knowledgePulling, Resolution, and Complaint Resolution abilitiesTechnical Skills:Microsoft Office suite at an intermediate levelQuickBooks experience is preferredSalary and Benefits:Pay for this position starts at $18/hour with the opportunity for a pay increase after the first 30 days of successful employment.Powered by JazzHR
