Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in LaGrange, GA, involves managing daily operations of a retail store. The Retail Store Manager will lead and mentor store associates, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include inventory management, staff scheduling, resolving customer inquiries, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring an appealing store environment. The Retail Store Manager will also monitor performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve business goals. Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to deliver excellent shopping experiences and address customer needs effectively.Proficiency in store management, including supervising staff, scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of a retail environment.Solid communication skills to engage with customers, lead a team, and collaborate with upper management.Experience in retail loss prevention and implementing measures to minimize shrinkage and enhance operational effectiveness.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent retail management experience.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, motivate teams, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
