Finance Manager, Supply ChainMiami, FL (Hybrid)A rapidly growing biotech/medical device organization is seeking a Finance Manager, Supply Chain to support strategic finance and operational initiatives across the business. This is a newly created role due to company growth and offers strong visibility across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations leadership.Compensation & Benefits:• $130K+ base salary + bonus• Excellent benefits package• 401(k) with company match• Hybrid schedule:In office Tuesday–ThursdayRemote Monday & FridayPosition Overview:The Finance Manager, Supply Chain will support the organization’s supply chain finance function by driving forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and operational performance initiatives. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Accounting, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning efforts.Key Responsibilities:• Lead monthly financial reviews, variance analysis, and performance reporting• Drive process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to supply chain efficiency, inventory, and working capital• Support inventory management, cost optimization, and production planning initiatives• Participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes• Develop financial models and long-term planning analysis• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial and operational performanceQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field• 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience• 2+ years supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or operations finance• Experience within medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities• Advanced Excel skills required• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and/or Power BI preferred• ERP and planning system experience preferred (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, SAGE, Planful, etc.)• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and cost accounting
