Lead Salesforce Developer
Overview
In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions for a government‑contracted contact center. You’ll ensure a stable, secure platform that supports case management, reporting, workflows, and integrations, while providing technical leadership and development governance. You’ll collaborate with program and operations teams to enable mission‑critical customer service. This position offers impact at scale, shaping how government programs are delivered via Salesforce and continuous improvement initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesLead design and development of Salesforce solutions supporting contact center operationsBuild and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automated workflowsEnsure data integrity, security, and compliance with government and organizational standardsTroubleshoot issues and support upgrades, enhancements, and new deploymentsCollaborate with business analysts, program managers, and operations leaders to refine requirementsOversee code reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practicesSupport release management, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiativesEvaluate Salesforce features and recommend efficiency‑driving enhancements
