ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, role for a Patent Attorney or patent Agent with 2+ years of experience in electrical, computer, and/or software, artificial intelligence, machine learning, semiconductors. The candidate will be drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability and prior art searches, portfolio management, and advising clients on matters related to patent law. Candidates should be registered with the USPTO. Position is available in Boston, NY or DC.
