You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.In addition, you will:Responsible for various manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites with the use of hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picks Work in outdoor utility construction sites Transport heavy equipment to and from the job site each day Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipmentQualificationsAbout You:Safety is part of your everyday mindsetProven track record of delivering high-quality workHands-on problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging tasksAt least 1 year of experience working outdoors, preferably in a utilities/construction environmentTeam-oriented and willing to get in the field alongside your crewPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs, independently and consistentlyValid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years (CDL preferred)Interest in growing within telecom construction (fiber splicing, coax, drilling, etc.)Open to travel M-F per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather), and working overtime consistentlyLooking for long-term opportunities with consistent work and growth potentialMOS Codes 12K, 12N,12V, 12W, 21E, 21J, 25P, 91C, 91L, 11B, 1100, 1120, 1316, 9970-9975, 0612, 2T3XX, 2E1XX, 3E2XX, 3E3XX, 9T0XX, BU, UT relate well to this position.Compensation of $18-$21 per hour, depending on the experience.Hard work pays off.
