Physical Therapist

Pride Health is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist to support our client’s home health services in Roaring Spring, PA (16673). This is a contract opportunity offering a 32-hour weekly guarantee and mileage reimbursement.Job Summary:The Physical Therapist will provide in-home care, evaluating patients and delivering individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized therapy plansDeliver physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of careMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans as neededDocument all visits, evaluations, and progress notes accuratelyEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and recovery goalsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teamsTravel to patient homes throughout Blair CountyRequired Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Physical TherapyActive Physical Therapist license (PA)Current CPR certificationValid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Home health experienceHCHB EMR experienceAdditional Information:Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMLocation: Roaring Spring, PA 16673 (Blair County coverage)Job Type: ContractWeekly Guarantee: 32 hoursTravel: 100% field-based | Mileage reimbursed between patient visitsOn-Call/Weekend: Not requiredPay Range: $54-$56/hr.
