This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors RequirementsWhat You Need to Succeed: Strong attention to detail and reliability Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment Preferred Experience: Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionShort term disability (STD)Long term disability (LTD)Employee assistance program (EAP)Identity theft protectionPet insurance RetirementPaid Time Off (PTO)
