Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am start Full time Occasional on call What Drives You? Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently drives commercial vehicles Monday through Friday and occasional weekends in all types of weather conditions Loads, unloads and moves fuels and/orpropanesafely fromplant facilityto customer or company locations in a timely manner Follows company policies andfederal and state regulations Keepsa safe record regarding accidents, driving record, injuries and other actions/events, following all company safety guidelines Maintains clean equipment, uniforms and cab space, ensuring any repairs are communicated promptly Completesaccurate and timelydocumentation for delivery of product, volume of delivery, and inventory controlmanagement Appropriately usesinternal systems, hand held devices, andother electronic equipmentfor work purposes Takes direction from dispatchers and/or managers, following delivery instructions and maintaining good working relationship Communicates with team members, management and customers in a professional and courteous manner Stays calm and level headed in stressful situations and refrains from emotional outbursts Adoptsnew methods, procedures and changes in a positive manner Offers suggestions to improve efficiencies and solutions to solve problems Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age or older Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B Hazmat and Tanker (X) endorsement or willing to obtain upon hire Excellent driving record 6-12 monthscommercialdriving experience Good customer service, computer, and communication skills Able to work rotational on-call nights and weekends Must be able to read and write English
