About the RoleWe are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is critical in creating a strong customer experience and supporting daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly approachManage incoming calls and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team memberCoordinate appointments and showroom visits with the Sales teamMonitor showroom activity and ensure clients are attended to promptlyMaintain accurate client logs and CRM entriesSupport Sales and Finance teams with administrative coordinationEnsure the front desk and reception area remain organized and presentableAssist in managing customer wait times and overall showroom experienceArrange Transportation for all of our vehicles.KPIs / Success MetricCustomer Wait Time (target: under 2 to 3 minutes)Call Handling Efficiency (missed calls and response time)Appointment Scheduling AccuracyCRM Data Accuracy and CompletenessCustomer Satisfaction Feedback (front desk experience)Required Experience1 to 2 years in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional presentation suitable for luxury clienteleHigh level of organization and reliabilityExperience with CRM or scheduling systems preferredExperience in Automotive Settings
