Job Overview – Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health)Compensation: $84,000 – $104,000/year + bonusLocation: Columbus, OHSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid)TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health) in Columbus, OH for our client, supporting clinical oversight, staff supervision, and program quality within a community-based care environment. This hybrid role focuses on supervising clinicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting trauma-informed care practices. The Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with leadership and utilize clinical systems to monitor service delivery, support staff development, and enhance participant outcomes.Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health):Clinical Supervision: Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff, supporting case development and treatment planning.Program Oversight: Ensure clinical services align with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.Quality Assurance: Review clinical documentation and monitor service delivery to maintain compliance and quality standards.Risk Management: Address clinical risks, ethical concerns, and crisis situations effectively.Staff Development: Mentor team members and support licensure progression and professional growthQualifications for the Clinical Supervisor (Behavioral Health):Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, or a related clinical field is required.Licensure: Active Ohio licensure such as LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent independently licensed clinical credential is required.Experience: 3–5 years of clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, ethical standards, and evidence-based practices is required.Technical Skills: Experience with clinical documentation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong leadership, communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.Application Notice: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
