Candidates will be working with clients and attorneys to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis; analyzing technical documents to assist with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and IP due diligence. This is a full time on site position in NY, DC or MA. QualificationsA Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical or a related fieldAttorneys with a JD and admission in NY DC or MAAgent or Attorneys with 1+ years of firm/industry patent prosecution experience Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Excellent writing and oral communication skills
