It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in.It's all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!Essential Job Functions:Control the flow of all outbound trailersCollaborate with Transportation Planner and Shipping Supervisor to review wave plan and freight flowSystemically tying trailers to doors for carton to pallet scanningEnsure the correct load plans are applied to all assigned doorsInspect the condition of equipment prior to loading and dock locking all trailersConfirm the correct trailers are in the applied doors through ShipViewEnsure that pallets are moving first in first out on the shipping floor, and throughout every laneSpot check pallet builds and pallet wrap integrityVerify and sign off on load plansProcess BOLs in ShipViewConfirm correct load order (nose to tail loading) on multistop shipmentsOrganize and execute specialty seasonal set loadingPartner with Transportation office on new store trailersOversee the moving of all LTL, and DTS Box Trucks to its designated staging areaCompletion of additional responsibilities assignedRequirementsAbility to lift 20 lbsAbility to load a palletPossess a solid understanding of Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain processesTeam-oriented and collaborativeProficient in MicrosoftExperience3-5 years in an operational/transportation settingExplore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
