Dishwasher PT

Fields Senior Living at Smokey Point - Responsibilities:Wash all dishes needed to set the dining room first, then finish pots, pans, etc.Ensure chemicals for dishwasher and sinks are in working order, testing chemical dilution every 4 hours.Clean and sanitize service carts, sinks and drains and sanitize workroom appropriately.Sweep and mop as frequently.Take out all trash and cardboard after every meal.Temp dishwasher at beginning of shift and periodically after that. Draining water as directed and cleaning dish machine at end of the night.Follow kitchen cleaning schedule, completing tasks in a timely manner.Keep environment safe and clean.All other duties as assigned.Additional Functions:Must be detail and team-work oriented.Must attend required in-services/ workshops to further education of skills and community requirements.Qualifications:Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check, Health Screening including TB test.Must be eighteen (18) years old.Maintain current Food Handlers Card and First Aid.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally in standard English.The employee shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity of Fields Senior Living.Physical Demands and Requirements:Maintain ability to lift 50 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the workday; and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist and reach.Must be willing to be active and on feet during entire work shift.Involves light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities.Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/hand items
