Senior Software Engineer

We’re hiring for an early-stage startup building an AI-powered connectivity planning platform that designs and simulates network architectures for public and private WiFi/cellular systems. Their SaaS product uses digital twins to help network providers and enterprises plan, test, and scale real-world connectivity infrastructure.They’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Leaning) with 8–12 years of experience to drive architecture and build scalable, production systems end-to-end.This is an IC role — focused on making the right technical decisions while staying hands-on across the stack.What You’ll DoOwn system architecture across backend, frontend, APIs, and infrastructureBuild and ship end-to-end features (Python + React/TypeScript)Design real-time, multi-user systems and collaborative experiencesDevelop event-driven, distributed systems at scaleWork closely with founders to turn ambiguity into simple, scalable productsHelp set engineering standards and mentor the teamWhat We’re Looking For8–12 years of software engineering experience2–3+ years in a Series A or B startup (required)Strong backend focus (Python preferred), with full-stack capabilityExperience with:Real-time applicationsEvent-driven architecturesDistributed systemsMulti-user systemsStrong system design and product mindsetWhy JoinEarly-stage, high-impact role with real ownershipWork directly with founders on core architectureCompetitive comp + meaningful equity
