Business Development Professional
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting incoming call and Email appointments as well as making out bounding business calls. This role requires a blend of professional phone skills as well as strategic planning and expertise in customer service. This position requires weekend & evening shifts. Bi-Lingual English / Spanish is required.
Responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as ELEAD, to track leads, manage customer interactions.
Skills
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; experience with Elead is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required both verbal and written.
