Busser - Nelson's (Part Time)

Maintaining a clean restaurant by bussing tables, sweeping and picking up trash from surrounding areas and bushes.Lending additional support to the server and bartending team by restocking stations and providing refills or beverages to tables when necessary.Providing an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the company vision statementConsistently keep the restaurant organized and cleanSet up bar and bar area according to Nelsons standardsPick up soiled plates and beverages, and place into bus tubsEnsure full bus tubs get brought back into the kitchenMaintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the daySet up heat lamps or umbrellas per a guests requestComplete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off heaters and fire pits, etc.Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professionalWelcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standardsAnticipate and address guests` service needsSpeak with others using clear and professional languageEnsure adherence to quality expectations and standardsMove, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistancePerform other reasonable job duties as requested by SupervisorsAdditional Duties & Responsibilities:Adhere to departmental policies and proceduresEffectively communicate with peers, management, line and front of the house employeesPerform related duties as requiredBe responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general propertySubscribe to proper grooming, dress and uniform standards as set forth by Company policyBe courteous to all guests and coworkersEnergetic, enthusiastic and motivational individualMust be able to speak and comprehend EnglishAbility to implement and uphold service standardsAbility to prioritize and organize work assignmentsAbility to interact with all associates and guests of the resortMust be able to stand or walk for long periods of timeExperience, Education, & Licensure:High School diploma preferredFood Handler's Card requiredRestuarant experience preferredCompensationBase Pay Start Rate: $16.90/Hr.
