Automation Engineer

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for large-scale SD-WAN branch networks. Create reusable Terraform modules and configuration templates for network infrastructure and policy management. Utilize Python, vendor SDKs, and REST APIs to interact with SD-WAN controllers, orchestration platforms, and IPAM systems. Integrate network automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins). Collaborate with Network Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams to translate designs into automated code.What You'll Need 3+ years in network automation, DevOps, or enterprise network engineering. Proven expertise with enterprise SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Palo Alto Prisma, Fortinet, Versa). Strong proficiency in Python, including REST APIs, vendor SDKs, and network libraries (requests, netmiko, nornir). Solid understanding of RESTful API management, JSON/YAML, and authentication (OAuth2). Demonstrated experience with Terraform for custom modules and infrastructure state management in network environments.
