This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Technology initiatives translate into real, sustained impact across the organization.As an Lead Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You'll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively-accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized.This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches. You'll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead end-to-end change strategies for complex Technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planningPartner with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure aligned messaging, integrated plans, and a consistent employee experienceEstablish and track key metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption, proficiency, and business outcomesAnalyze insights and recommend actions to improve adoption, engagement, and overall change effectivenessCoach leaders and managers on change practices, equipping them to effectively support their teams through changeSupport the development of change capability across Technology through training, tools, and guidanceEmbed repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and governance practices to enable scalable and consistent change deliveryContribute to continuous improvement of change management approaches, aligned to evolving Technology ways of working (e.g., Agile, product models)QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience8+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record supporting complex Technology initiativesExperience leading change efforts across multi-program or enterprise-level transformationsStrong facilitation and communication strategy skills, with the ability to engage and influence across stakeholder groupsData-driven mindset, with experience measuring adoption and translating insights into actionAbility to operate independently while partnering effectively across teamsPreferred QualificationsCertification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or product-based operating environmentsExperience partnering with enterprise communications or HR transformation teamsNC Salary Range:$108,880 - $163,320Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
