Clinical Data Reporting and DocumentationPart time, 20 hours a week to startWill convert to a Full Time Opportunity Location: Central Florida; must be willing to travel to Orlando or Villages from time to time(remote, but available for onsite meetings)****Only candidates local to the Orlando, FL area will be considered - Onsite Interview RequiredKey Responsibilities:Review any new Medicare patients from last 3 monthsWhether new patient is seen or not, this person would:Review each new patient's HCCsReview their ADTsReview eCW/Prisma for documents available from hospitalsIf new patient is already seen, this person will also do the following:Review charts and diagnosticsSpecialist visits and referrals we've sentOther issues (Smoking, alcohol, SDOH)Produces a member-level report outlining KPIsRequired Skills/Experience:RequiredModerate clinical background - analysis, documentation and reportingStrong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint experiencePreferrableStrong clinical backgroundeCW experience
