Requirement Detail's:Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) technicianThis position is contract roleJob SummaryThe End User Computing (EUC) Level 1 technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic applications.Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access issues.Support Microsoft Office / O365 applications and email troubleshooting.Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).Install and configure software applications and security updates.Maintain and update IT asset inventory.Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or specialized IT teams.Provide on-site or remote support to ensure minimal downtime for users.Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)Understanding of Active Directory (basic user management)Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365Basic network troubleshooting knowledgeExperience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plusGood communication and problem-solving skillsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
