We strive to provide candidates and hiring leaders with the ultimate employment experience.As a Talent Acquisition Representative you will:Work with department management in assigned areastoidentify hiring needs and developshort and long range hiring goals, effective recruiting plans and strategies for filling current and projected open positionsReview and create new job descriptions/postings as needed, expense reduction plans, etc.Communicate regularly with department management regarding status of open positions and status of applicants to drive consistent process managementVisit / follow through with departments on a regularly scheduled basis and attend appropriate department meetings in order to fully understand and relate to the purpose, programs, work roles, and overall environment of departments being servedRecruit qualified candidates for open positions and anticipated vacancies via advertising, the internet, public and private agencies, community resources, etc.Direct and conduct pre-employment assessments using iCIMS selection tools when considering candidatesConsistently recommend candidates based on these evaluations and provide top qualified candidates to hiring managersThis position may require some travel including evening and weekend hours to support recruiting eventsResponsibilitiesStrong attention to detailMust possess a customer service and solution oriented approachWillingness to adapt to and promotechangeStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software & platformsUnderstanding of regulation-driven hiring practices specific to defence industryKnowledge of employment laws and regulations, including thosespecific to federal contractingAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in Talent Acquisition in positions involving full life cycle recruitment4+ years experience working in fast-paced, high volume operational environmentsExperience with MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using technology (i.e. MS Teams, MS Outlook, mobile technology)Preferred:Bachelor's Degree or higher OR Minimum of 4 years experience in Talent Acquisition10+ years experience in Talent Acquisition in positions involving full life cycle recruitmentPHR, SHRM-CPiCIMS experienceBackground in recruiting for highvolume, laborintensive operational environments e.g logistics or hourly manufacturingExperience in sourcing utilizing methods involving job boards, social media, company career page, networking events, university partnerships, & professional associationsExperience with developing metrics, data analysis, and reporting
