Looking for a Senior Developer Engineer (Python) to drive backend engineering on a cloud infrastructure platform. If you love building scalable APIs, making solid architectural decisions, and guiding engineering teams — this one's for you.
What you'll do:
- Develop production-grade Python code and implement architecture design specifications
- Build scalable APIs and backend services
- Write unit tests and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and delivery activities
- Make technical decisions aligned with architecture guidelines and communicate them to stakeholders and architects
- Provide technical reporting and delivery updates, and present technical concepts to engineering teams
- Guide and support development teams, ensuring timely delivery of features and components
- Improve engineering standards and development processes
- What you bring 8+ years of Software Development experience
- Advanced Python 3.9+, async programming (asyncio, aiohttp), multiprocessing & concurrency models
- FastAPI expertise
- Modular software architecture & maintainable codebases, type hinting & dependency injection
- Automated testing (pytest, unittest)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, ArangoDB / Neo4J, SQLAlchemyREST / gRPC / message queues, microservices architecture
- Security & infrastructure: API & application security, OAuth2 / OIDC, containerized services, service boundaries & state management
- Fluent English (C1 mandatory)
