For more details please visit: http://www.unduit.com/ Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Apple and Samsung devices Assist the Ops team with device eraser process using Blano or Phone Check software Ensure all QC checks are completed to minimize any warranty returns Maintain a positive work environment Answer phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor Qualification 6 months experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics High School diploma or equivalent Strong oral and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid driver license is a must Preferred Competencies High attention to detail Action Oriented Integrity and Trust Perseverance Organized Knowledge of MacOS/OS X & iOS Previous knowledge or experience repairing Apple iDevices Previous knowledge or experience repairing mobile devices Ability to lift 15/20 pounds Location: IL, USA Timings: 9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm
