The Residential Service Electrician is responsible for installing and servicing electrical devices such as lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and electrical panels. The electrician is also responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service. The electrician must also monitor and maintain the condition of all equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working order to avoid delays and maintain efficient operation. Required Qualifications: 3+ years experience of residential electrical service work Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of electrical troubleshooting techniques Advanced customer service skills Experience making repair and replace decisions A thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes Must be able to lift 80+ pounds Capable of climbing ladders and working in small crawl spaces
