*Position Summary* Origen is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Servers to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service while showcasing our Tulum-inspired menu, handcrafted cocktails, fresh seafood offerings, premium steaks, and elevated guest experience. [origendunedin.com] Key Responsibilities * Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their dining experience. * Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, daily specials, cocktails, wine, tequila, and mezcal selections. * Guide guests through menu selections and make recommendations based on their preferences. * Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams. * Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. * Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner. * Monitor dining areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. * Process payments accurately and efficiently. * Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. * Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. * Uphold all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Qualifications * Previous restaurant serving experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts. * Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. * Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. * Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
